can be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
Eligible Return Conditions:
1) The delivered product
is damaged (physically broken), defective (dead on arrival), or incomplete (missing parts) at the time of delivery.
2) The delivered product is incorrect and does not match the item listed on the invoice.
3) The product is counterfeit, defective, or not as described.
4) The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in fresh condition as received.
5) All brand tags, price tags, original packaging, user manuals, warranty cards, free gifts (if any),
and accessories must be returned intact.
6) The product must be returned in the original retailer packaging, undamaged and securely
packed in a second layer of wholesale-markets.com packaging. If returned in inadequate condition, we
reserve the right to reject the return and resend it back to you.
7) You must include the original Customer Copy of the Invoice with the return.
Refund & Replacement Process:
8) After inspection and approval by our Customer Service and Quality Control (QC) teams, a
9) replacement or refund will be processed.
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a
full refund without any questions asked.
10) Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
11) If payment was made via credit card, debit card, mobile banking, or bank transfer, the refund
will be issued to the same account.
Restocking Fee (if applicable):
A restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied for non-defective returns (i.e., change of mind), depending
on the product type and condition. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not charge any restocking fee if the return is due to product defect, damage, or incorrect delivery.
