Under the following Return & Refund policy, products purchased on can be returned within 5 calendar days of delivery.


1)      At the time of delivery, the shipped product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken), defective (dead on arrival), or incomplete (missing parts).



2)      The delivered product is wrong and not the similar one as per ordered invoice.


3)      the product is damaged, defective or counterfeit.



4)      The product must be fresh as per delivered time, unworn, unwashed, and free of flaws.


5)      Brand tags, price tags, package, original packaging material, user manual, warranty cards, free gifts (if any), and accessories must all be included with the product.



6)      The product must be returned in its original retailer packaging / package, which must be undamaged. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped in a second layer of We reserve the right to resend a product to you if it is returned to us in an inadequate condition.


7)      During the return, the original copy of the Customer Copy of the Invoice is mandatory.



8)      After the customer service and QC teams have finished their audit procedures, the replacement / refund will be processed.


9)      Replacement is subject to availability of products stock. We would like to ensure you that You can get a full refund if the product is out of stock, beyond any questions asked.



10)   The Cash on Delivery and shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount of your order, Since these are nonrefundable charges.


11)   If you paid with a credit card, debit card, mobile banking, or bank transfer, you can get the refund in your respective account.
