Order Placement, Processing and Delivery Service

7. The sellers who have their own company web site products displayed price listing cannot display price value in our site comparing more than their company web site price listing.

10. All payments for the orders shall be processed through the Site’s payment gateway. All financial transactions shall be processed by the Site and be transferred to your account upon delivery of the products to the Buyer and deduction of commission for the Site. Disbursements shall be weekly, monthly or otherwise as agreed between wholesale-markets.com and the Seller in writing.
11. For payments of products made at the time of delivery, the Site shall send an invoice at the end of the month specifying the total payment due as commission the sale of products. All invoices must be paid within 10 days of the date of receipt of the invoice.
Breach by Users. In the event of breach of T&C, the Site-
