Job Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supervising Sales, Marketing & Distribution Channel of the assigned region.
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
• Online Customer support & Phone call, social media and our web support to our regular customers.
• Smart and good Language skill both in English and Bangla on written and verbal.
• Ensure maximum sale coverage and merchandising our products.
• Generate and maintain effective sales Customer + Vendor Relationships Management.
• To supervise the customer activities in term of achievement of their target ensuring, merchandising & online display, maintain stocks, delivery, products availability.
• Analysis the daily, weekly & Monthly Target & take necessary action based on findings.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.
• Achieve product wise target. Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance.
• Preparing business plan, organize, marketing strategies, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
• Plans, implements, and executes successful marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, promotion and online advertising)..
• Basic computer skills in programs like MS Word, MS Excel and E-mail, Face book, YouTube, whats app, Imo, etc.
• Maintain all kinds of paper works
• Be creative and produce new ideas & concepts.
• Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
• Other tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Must have own smart phone/Laptop with internet connection.
• Job Permanent after successful completion of 3 months` probation period.

Minimum Educational Requirements
HSC/Bachelor degree.
SALARY: 11000 to 25000 Taka.
